Our Review of the Cuvée

On the nose, this wine reveals an explosion of red fruits such as raspberry, redcurrant, and blackcurrant, balanced by subtle hints of spice, vanilla, and mint. On the palate, it offers a rich and flavorful blend, characterized by a balance between a velvety texture and a refreshing minerality. The finish is silky and long, allowing its full complexity to unfold. Serve it ideally at 13–15°C to enjoy its delicious pairings with duck breast, mushroom dishes, or even a simple cured ham. With an aging potential of at least 10 years, it is a wise choice for discerning wine lovers.
