The Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Grenache grape varieties produce wines from prestigious appellations such as Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Côtes du Rhône. Certified organic and kosher, our wines are enjoyed in Europe, Canada, and the United States. Kosher production requires a complete reorganization of the estate, fostering rich and exciting exchanges between communities.
