Our Review of the Cuvée

This wine has a bright color with green highlights, evoking freshness and liveliness. On the nose, there are fruity notes of ripe citrus and pear, along with delicate floral nuances. On the palate, its minerality brings a lovely finesse and distinct elegance, making it ideal for pairing with shellfish or Savoie specialties. Its freshness makes it a perfect choice for a summer aperitif or a casual tasting.

Domaine Carrel & Senger

Savoie | France

Located in the town of Jongieux, in Savoie, Domaine Carrel & Senger is part of a long winemaking tradition in the region, with records dating back to the 16th century. The estate is situated on the left bank of the Rhône, between the river and Lake Bourget, on the limestone-marl foothills of Mont du Chat.

The Carrel family has been involved in winemaking in Jongieux since 1830 and now represents six generations of winemakers. The estate has played a pioneering role in the region, particularly since the 1970s with the shift to full-time winemaking and the development ... Read more
