The family-owned estate near Valfaunes in Pic Saint-Loup spans over 50 hectares, with 28 hectares in Pic Saint-Loup and 22 in the IGP Saint Guilhem le Désert - Val de Montferrand appellation. After leaving the cooperative winery to produce their own wines, Christelle and her father Bernard have created wines that are authentic, honest, and simply delicious. The 'Ailes et moi' cuvée reveals fruit, spices, smoky notes, and a unique character, and was awarded a silver medal at the Concours Mondial des Féminalise. A rewarding experience to discover!

Located about 20 minutes from Montpellier, in the heart of the Pic Saint-Loup region, Château Boisset is nestled within the landscape of garrigue scrub and limestone hills that define the appellation’s character. Here, the vines face conditions that can be harsh at times, but also demand a high degree of precision to get the most out of the soils and exposures.

In 2015, Christelle Nadal returned to the family estate with a bold decision, made alongside her father Bernard: to leave the cooperative winery and begin making wine on their own. It was a commitment that required both personal and financial dedication, but one they embraced wholeheartedly. Vintage after vintage, their style has taken shape: wines that are straightforward and accessible, without unnecessary showiness, where precision is the top priority.
