Domaine Neumeyer

White Bubble L

Vin de France | White | NM

Demonstrating meticulous mastery of the winemaking art, the Neumeyer estate offers us a wine crafted from Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois grape varieties, grown organically.

Vinification: indigenous yeasts, temperature control, stainless steel tank fermentation, aging on total lees for one year. Second fermentation in bottles with the addition of grape must from the following vintage using the ancestral method.

"Libre," vinified without inputs and without filtration, this wine breaks free from certain codes, according to the contingencies of life. Made without added sulfur and without added sugar, the L bubble shows a slight deposit in the bottle, in no way altering its quality.

Our opinion on the vintage

The sensory experience of this wine is breathtaking. From the first sniff, delicate and fresh notes evoke spring blossoms. On the palate, the silky texture is revealed by extended aging on the lees, offering remarkable persistence and rare complexity. The traditional method of secondary fermentation develops a fine effervescence that dances on the palate, giving way to an elegant and mineral finish, true to its marl-limestone terroir. A vibrant wine that expresses itself without artifice, captivating with its sincerity and natural harmony.

Neumeyer Estate

Domaine Neumeyer

Alsace | France

In Alsace, Domaine Neumeyer is located around Molsheim, as well as in the neighboring towns of Mutzig and Avolsheim. The vineyard is managed according to the principles of organic farming, with particular attention paid to soil balance and the expression of each plot.

Vineyard work relies on measured practices: natural ground cover, shallow soil cultivation, manual harvesting with sorting, and controlled yields. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve the perfect balance and aromatic potential of each plot.

In the cellar, winemaking prioritizes minimal intervention. Pressing is gentle, fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, and aging is extended on the lees to promote the stability and natural complexity of the wines. This approach aims to complement the raw materials without altering their expression.

The estate's wines prioritize personality and clarity, with profiles built on precision, freshness, and a faithful expression of the Alsatian terroir.
