Our Review of the Cuvée

From the very first glance, this wine’s brilliant golden color captures the eye. On the nose, it subtly reveals notes of yuzu, vine peach, and faded rose, creating a discreet yet refined harmony. On the palate, liveliness and freshness take center stage, with a velvety, dense texture. Citrus peel dominates, accompanied by a noble bitterness that enhances the complexity of the sensory experience. The finish is remarkably persistent, highlighting the freshness of yuzu, orange blossom, and rose, for a flawless and continuous tasting experience.
