Our Review of the Cuvée

On the nose, this wine reveals delightful fruity and floral aromas typical of Muscat, enriched by more subtle, spicy nuances of Pinot Gris. On the palate, the texture is silky and enveloping, with a complexity that develops through aging on fine lees. The finish is clean and persistent, characterized by excellent length. The absence of added sulfites allows it to reveal a rare authenticity, ideal as an aperitif or paired with robust cheeses and spicy dishes. A pleasure to discover, whether for an intimate gathering or social evenings.
