Our Review of the Cuvée

The wine’s sparkling pale yellow color captures the light with purity. The nose opens with a delicate palette of ripe pear, white flowers, and candied citrus, underscored by a subtle mineral note that hints at the terroir. On the palate, the attack is full-bodied and crystalline, carried by a lovely lively tension and a silky texture. The balance between briny freshness and aromatic richness lends the wine a vibrant elegance, which the finish prolongs with a delicate, fresh, and luminous persistence. A white wine of precision and grace, a subtle reflection of its vineyard and the vintage.

It cultivates approximately eighteen hectares of vineyards spread across several communes in the Côte de Beaune, including appellations such as Beaune, Pommard, Volnay, Aloxe-Corton, Corton-Charlemagne, and Hautes-Côtes de Beaune.

Production follows a traditional approach, with a focus on vineyard management and plot-by-plot winemaking to preserve the identity of each terroir. Harvesting may be done by hand or by machine, depending on the vintage.

I do not have any information regarding the year the estate was established or whether it holds any official organic or environmental certifications.
