This wine reflects the family’s expertise and a respectful approach to the vineyard. The grapes, grown on clay-limestone soils, undergo careful vinification with cold pressing and settling in stainless steel tanks. Meticulous work in the vineyard and mechanical harvesting ensure the pure expression of the fruit. This wine perfectly illustrates the biodynamic philosophy championed by the estate.

Our Review of the Cuvée

Le Loupiot captivates with its pale straw color, which already hints at its delicacy. The nose offers a subtle bouquet of ripe white fruits, with an irresistibly alluring floral note. On the palate, this wine reveals a unique combination of floral and briny notes, creating a pleasant and refreshing sensation. Its balance makes it the perfect pairing for seafood dishes such as scallop carpaccio or oysters. Its youthfulness and liveliness make Loupiot an ideal wine to enjoy in a relaxed setting.

Bordeaux | France

Domaine Jean-Yves Millaire is a family-owned winery located in Fronsac, on the right bank of the Dordogne River in Bordeaux. It has been run by Jean-Yves Millaire since 1998, after his grandfather, Jean Garnier, acquired the first plots of land in the 1950s. Today, Jean-Yves and his wife Christine cultivate approximately 47 hectares of vineyards spread across the AOP Canon Fronsac, AOP Fronsac, and AOP Bordeaux appellations.

The estate has been farmed organically since 2006 and biodynamically since 2009, with an approach aimed at respecting the natural rhythms of the vines and promoting soil vitality. The vines, planted on clay-limestone slopes, benefit from varied exposures that allow for plot-by-plot harvesting to ensure optimal ripeness.

The estate's wines, made from classic Bordeaux grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec, as well as white varieties like Chenin and Sauvignon, are renowned
