Bourgogne | Blanc | 2022

Clos Botaveau (Monopole) is a wine fromthe Bourgogne Côte d'Or appellation, produced in an exceptional natural setting. It is made using organic methods, with particular care taken in the vineyard and benefiting from a favorable terroir thanks to its clay-limestone soil. Hand-harvesting and gentle pressing preserve the quality of the Chardonnay. Aging on the lees and in aged oak barrels helps to enrich its subtle aromas and refined texture.

Our Review of the Cuvée

When you take a whiff of this wine, you’re greeted by delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruits, with subtle notes of stone fruits in the background. The palate is full-bodied and silky, offering soft flavors of white flowers and a minerality that reflects its stony terroir. Aging in oak barrels adds a harmonious woody touch that blends elegantly with the other flavors. A fresh, lingering finish rounds out the experience, inviting you to savor this exclusive Clos even longer.
