Clos Botaveau (Monopole) is a wine fromthe Bourgogne Côte d'Or appellation, produced in an exceptional natural setting. It is made using organic methods, with particular care taken in the vineyard and benefiting from a favorable terroir thanks to its clay-limestone soil. Hand-harvesting and gentle pressing preserve the quality of the Chardonnay. Aging on the lees and in aged oak barrels helps to enrich its subtle aromas and refined texture.
