Located between southern Burgundy and northern Beaujolais, Arnaud Combier is a winemaker with a rich background, marked by a demanding approach deeply rooted in natural wine.

Trained in Beaune, he cut his teeth at several renowned estates in the Mâconnais and Chablis regions before taking over the family vineyards in the late 1990s. For more than a decade, he crafted precise, textured wines there, before moving on to various other projects, always guided by the same principle: to produce wines that are as vibrant as possible.
