This wine is made from 100% Pinot Meunier, carefully cultivated on the southwestern-facing slopes with their clay-limestone soil. The estate, currently in the process of converting to organic farming, employs environmentally friendly viticultural practices, including meticulous work in the vineyard and special attention during winemaking. The grapes, pressed in a traditional press and fermented in stainless steel tanks or oak barrels, benefit from optimal ripening, allowing for an authentic and pure expression of this grape variety.

Within the Marne Valley, Bourgeois-Diaz meticulously explores biodynamics, a rigor evident in the purity of their Champagnes. The dominant grape variety, Pinot Meunier, exhibits unusual precision here: with clear fruit, fine bubbles, and consistent tension. Extended lees aging imparts volume without heaviness, fostering mature yet vibrant balances. The wines present a tight texture, with a length that gains density upon aeration. A sincere, direct style that demonstrates the potential depth of Meunier when cultivated with exacting standards.
