Our Review of the Cuvée

Imagine a Petit Manseng set free from all constraints, aged for 9 months in amphorae to reveal its purity and complexity. 2024 marks an exceptional vintage: a vibrant, intense wine with a captivating freshness, where every sip tells a story.
On the first sniff, it’s an explosion of golden apricots, white flowers, and a hint of exoticism that transports you. On the palate, a perfect dance between roundness and tension, carried by a silky texture and a luminous, briny finish that leaves you with a smile.

Domaine Dominique Faget is a small family-run winery located in Saint-Martin d’Armagnac in the Gers region, where Dominique grows grape varieties such as Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng, and Colombard.

The grapes are harvested by hand with the help of family and friends, and the wine is made using native yeasts, followed by approximately 9 months of aging on the lees in stainless steel tanks, with the aim of preserving the wine’s freshness and the natural expression of the fruit.

The estate embodies a personal and passionate approach to winemaking, where every step is carried out with care to produce wines that reflect the ambition and deep connection to this Gascon terroir.
