Our Review of the Cuvée

The pale ruby color hints at a fresh wine. The nose reveals crisp red fruits—cherry and raspberry—accented by subtle vegetal and mineral notes. On the palate, the attack is supple and precise; the body remains light, supported by fine tannins and a lovely natural tension. The clean, elegant finish extends the fruit with precision. A sincere and balanced Hautes-Côtes de Beaune that prioritizes finesse over showiness.
