This wine is a blend of Syrah and Grenache Noir, produced by Château de Gaure, managed by Pierre Fabre, heir to a five-generation winemaking lineage. The grapes, carefully hand-sorted, ferment in concrete vats to preserve the purity and authenticity of the local flavors. A portion undergoes carbonic maceration, adding complexity, before aging in oak barrels for 12 months, a process designed to enrich the wine's structure and flavors.
