This wine is a Mediterranean blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre, grown on a unique terroir of rounded pebbles. These pebbles store heat during the day and release it at night, ensuring optimal ripening of the grapes. The grapes, which are completely destemmed, begin fermentation at 28°C, with regular pumping over before a four-week maceration, thereby imparting richness and complexity to the aromas.

Our Review of the Cuvée

This wine offers a subtle yet captivating nose of ripe black fruits, bay leaf, and spices. On the palate, it reveals a round, velvety texture, featuring blackberry notes accompanied by hints of mint. The body is dense, offering a juicy intensity and freshness that delight the palate. The finish is lively, with hints of stewed fruit and resinous, spicy notes. Ideal with roasted poultry or grilled red meats; serve at 15°C to fully appreciate its richness.
