Le Temps des Epices Bio 2019

Corbières | Rouge | 2019

Aged for four years in oak, this organic AOP Corbières wine is a true expression of its clay-limestone terroir. The grapes, destemmed and blended before fermentation, come from low-yield vineyards. This process results in a complex wine, where subtle notes of spice blend harmoniously with aromas of red fruit. The palate, silky at first then full-bodied, is punctuated by a fresh, long finish, ideal for enhancing southern French cuisine.

Our Review of the Cuvée

From the very first glance, its translucent ruby color captivates. On the nose, a symphony of sweet spices and red fruits invites you to delve deeper. On the palate, the initial sensation is one of silky smoothness, followed by a crescendo. The texture becomes dense, revealing assertive notes of white pepper and nutmeg. The finish promises freshness and length, evoking the complexity and balance of the great wines of the south. For meat lovers, a pink-roasted lamb will pair perfectly with this multifaceted wine. Served at 15°C, it will reveal its full aromatic palette.
