Pét' Nat En Parallèle

Vin de France | Rosé | NM

This wine is made from Malbec grapes grown on forty-year-old vines planted in limestone soils. The winemaking process includes extended aging to optimize the wine’s natural balance. Only gentle techniques are used, such as gentle pressing. No sulfites are added, and the wine is not disgorged, resulting in a promising light haze. Aging on fine lees in tanks lends an interesting complexity to the texture.

Our Review of the Cuvée

From the very first sip, its slightly hazy rose-gold color and fine stream of bubbles pique the curiosity. On the nose, it releases delicate aromas of roasted white fruits, citrus, and spices. On the palate, it’s an explosion of sensations: roundness and fullness predominate, with a luscious, invigorating texture thanks to tiny, lively bubbles. The aroma is harmonious, blending fruity and toasty notes. The finish is refreshing, revealing a superb bitterness, enhanced by lingering chalky and buttery notes. A successful blend of class and indulgence.
