Our Review of the Cuvée

This wine offers a true symphony of flavors on the palate. Its deep, violet-red color catches the eye and promises a rich tasting experience. On the nose, delicate aromas of white flowers, violets, Burlat cherries, and subtle spices unfold. On the palate, the generous fruitiness and the suppleness of the well-integrated tannins give way to an explosion of red fruits. The clean, long finish brings this tasting experience to a grand conclusion.

The vineyard is dominated by Cabernet Franc (about 50%), complemented by Chenin Blanc (30%) and Chardonnay (20%), allowing for the production of wines in all three colors.

The estate was founded in 2002 by Hervé and Christine, who come from a farming background in northern ... Read more
