Our Review of the Cuvée

The nose opens with ripe cherry, plum, and a hint of sweet spices. On the palate, the texture is silky and smooth, with a lovely roundness right from the start. The fruit dominates—juicy and generous—accompanied by a subtle hint of licorice. The tannins are subtle, almost velvety, making this wine very easy to enjoy. A straightforward red, best served slightly chilled with Southern cuisine, grilled poultry, or a vegetarian dish with mild spices.
