Domaine des Ardoisières

Schiste 2024

Vin De Savoie | Blanc | 2024

This wine is a tribute to the art of biodynamics. Made from the Jacquère grape variety, it is the result of a carefully executed hand-harvest. The schist and mica schist soils of the terroir give it a distinctive freshness, while winemaking techniques—such as gentle pressing and barrel fermentation with native yeasts—ensure optimal respect for the fruit and the terroir. Twelve months of barrel aging promise excellent aging potential.

Domaine des Ardoisières

On steep slopes, Les Ardoisières produces wines with a strong identity: crisp whites with an almost briny quality, and slender, floral reds. The schist soils enhance the wines’ verticality. The winemaking process focuses on purity, without excessive extraction, resulting in a tight structure and incisive aromas. An iconic estate of the Savoyard renaissance.
