This elegant wine comes from a 4.5-hectare vineyard cultivated using organic farming methods. The 25-year-old vines, planted on unique clay-siliceous soils, give the wine a distinctive character. Made primarily from Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng, with a touch of Petit Courbu/Camaralet, this wine benefits from meticulous winemaking. Fermentation and aging on the lees for 8 months in barrels and casks impart a beautiful aromatic complexity and refined structure.

Our Review of the Cuvée

An inviting nose of white peach and citrus opens the tasting, enveloped in subtle mineral notes that evolve over time. On the palate, the wine captivates with its generous body and lively freshness. The texture is silky, supported by a firm structure that leads to a long, fruity finish. Aging on the lees imparts a velvety character that blends harmoniously with the acidity, offering a rich yet balanced flavor profile. Ideal with fish in sauce and white meats, this wine is also delicious paired with charcuterie.

The estate's dry white wines combine vibrant tension with ripe fruit, characteristic of the La Chapelle-de-Rousse hillsides. The sweet wines exhibit a delicate liqueur, supported by an energetic acidity. Precise aging further refines the texture. This is an essential estate in modern Jurançon.
