Jurançon | White | 2024

This elegant wine comes from a 4.5-hectare vineyard cultivated using organic farming methods. The 25-year-old vines, planted in unique clay-siliceous soils, give the wine a distinctive character. Composed primarily of Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng, with a touch of Petit Courbu/Camaralet, this wine benefits from meticulous winemaking. Fermentation and aging on the lees for eight months in barrels and casks impart beautiful aromatic complexity and refined structure.

Our opinion on the vintage

An inviting nose of white peach and citrus opens the tasting, enveloped in subtle mineral notes that evolve over time. On the palate, the wine seduces with its generous volume and vibrant freshness. The texture is silky, supported by a firm structure that leads to a long, fruity finish. Vinification on the lees imparts a velvety character that blends harmoniously with the acidity, offering an opulent yet balanced flavor profile. Suitable for fish in sauce and white meats, this wine is also delicious paired with charcuterie.

The estate's dry white wines combine vibrant tension and ripe fruit, typical of the slopes of La Chapelle-de-Rousse. The sweet wines display a delicate sweetness, supported by energetic acidity. Precise aging refines the structure. A must-try estate of modern Jurançon.
