Our Review of the Cuvée

This wine first catches the eye with its deep garnet color. On the nose, candied black fruits blend with subtle notes of mocha and licorice, with a hint of toasted spices that adds character. On the palate, it is full-bodied and round: blackberries, coffee, and toast intertwine elegantly, supported by spicy undertones. The finish lingers, featuring creamy flavors of black fruit and a hint of roasted notes, with supple tannins that make the whole experience pleasant and silky.

The proximity of the Agout River creates a microclimate conducive to excellent grape ripening, with cool nights at
