Our opinion on the vintage

Imagine being enveloped by inviting aromas: the nose reveals hints of dried pineapple and mango, combined with scents of hay and fresh country bread. On the palate, this wine offers a rich sensory experience: round, full-bodied, and generous, it boasts a fleshy structure with a chalky touch. The freshness of the fruit is enhanced by delicate spices. The finish is remarkably persistent, leaving a luscious impression of dried white and tropical fruits.

Bourgogne | France

Domaine Dominique Faget is a small family winery located in Saint-Martin d'Armagnac in the Gers, where Dominique cultivates grape varieties such as Petits and Gros Manseng as well as Colombard.

The harvest is done by hand with the help of relatives, and the vinification is done with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging for about 9 months on lees in stainless steel tanks, aiming to preserve the freshness and natural expression of the fruit.

The estate illustrates a personal and passionate approach to wine, where each step is carried out with care to produce wines that tell the story of ambition and attachment to this Gascon terroir.
