Villa des Anges rosé 2025

Vin de France | Rosé | 2025

This wine is made from 100% Cinsault grapes, grown on gravelly and sandy soils bordering the Capestang pond, in a favorable Mediterranean climate. The grapes are harvested at night to ensure their freshness, followed by direct pressing and controlled fermentation. A small portion of the cuvée undergoes malolactic fermentation, adding complexity. Aging on the lees for two months imparts a smooth texture. This wine is ideal with fish, grilled meats, or white meats.

Our Review of the Cuvée

Beneath its very pale salmon-pink hue, this wine reveals a fruity nose, blending aromas of melon, peach, and strawberry, enhanced by delicate floral notes. On the palate, it charms with its simplicity and easy-drinking character, unfolding lively flavors of cherries and strawberries. Its texture is soft and light, offering refreshing purity and acidity on the finish. A perfect choice for social gatherings over an aperitif or a light meal.
