The vines of Cave des Amandiers thrive on the spectacular terraces of Valais, cultivated almost entirely by hand due to the topography. With meticulous grape selection, the harvest is carried out manually, followed by precise vinification with 50% whole cluster fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This artisanal process guarantees optimal aroma concentration. Extended aging in demi-muids and then in bottles gives the wine complexity and balance.

Cave des Amandiers
