Champ des soeurs
Located between Narbonne and Perpignan, Champ des Sœurs covers approximately 17 hectares of vineyards situated very close to the sea. The estate has a long history in winemaking, as the family has been present in the Fitou vineyards for many generations.
The vineyard is managed with exclusively manual harvesting and meticulous attention paid to grape ripeness. The wines are produced under various appellations, including Fitou, Corbières, Muscat de Rivesaltes, as well as white and red Vin de Pays. A particularly well-exposed plot of Muscat Petit Grain is often harvested very early, preserving freshness and aromatic precision.
In the cellar, winemaking is characterized by limited intervention, with no added sulfites during fermentation and very low doses before bottling. This approach aims to preserve wines with appealing, approachable, and clear profiles, while respecting the expression of the grapes and the terroir.
