Our opinion on the vintage

Cléobuline is a remarkable sensory discovery. The nose opens with fruity notes where grape, quince, and lemon create a fresh and invigorating bouquet. On the palate, the attack is lively, leading to a mineral mid-palate and offering an elegant and complex texture. The fine bubbles provide a creamy sensation that enhances the aromas. The long and delicate finish evokes infusions of linden and verbena, leaving a lasting and harmonious impression. A cuvée that promises exceptional moments.

Champagne Julie Dufour

Champagne | France

Champagne Julie Dufour is an independent Champagne house located in Landreville, in the Côte des Bar, founded by Julie Dufour who decided to take over and develop the family vineyards to produce her own cuvées. Her approach is deeply rooted in organic viticulture and the expression of the terroir.

The vines, planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, are carefully tended to promote grape quality and soil health. The approach is artisanal and respectful of the vines' natural rhythm.

Its first vintage, Cléobuline, an organically certified and extra-brut champagne, embodies this desire for pure and sincere expression of the fruit and the Champagne soil.
