Created during lockdown by three wine and vineyard enthusiasts, the brand-new Domaine de Sainte Marie perpetuates a family tradition firmly rooted in the Jura region. Domaine de Sainte Marie has created a unique wine in the Jura. In the L'Etoile appellation, the estate produces "L'Ensemblage." Rare because it results from a subtle blend of several grape varieties, assembled according to an ancient, forgotten 18th-century tradition of the L'Etoile winemakers, which we have revived; rare because it embodies values ​​that express togetherness: this blended wine invites gatherings among friends. It is a blend meant to be shared, together, beyond food and wine pairings.
