This Picpoul de Pinet AOC white wine is distinguished by the meticulous vinification of Piquepoul grapes from three diverse terroirs, resulting in remarkable aromatic complexity. The vineyards benefit from the refreshing maritime influence, optimizing acidity and preserving fruity aromas thanks to aging methods in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This combination of characteristics yields a unique wine with a maritime freshness and balanced structure.

Our opinion on the vintage

This Picpoul de Pinet first captivates with its pale gold color, illuminated by fine bubbles. On the nose, it reveals aromas of warm apple, linden blossom, and a touch of acacia honey, subtly enhanced by a note of fennel. On the palate, the texture is both taut and smooth, with a fine acidity that lingers in an intense finish. A light effervescence accentuates its freshness, while flavors of grapefruit and a hint of brininess emerge, supported by a touch of lemon and spice. The lingering finish evokes the minerality and elegance of a great white wine.
