The Ledogar brothers have revived old vines planted on limestone plateaus and sandstone soils. Carignan finds an authentic, juicy, almost vibrant expression here. Vinification is gentle, designed to preserve a broad and luscious fruitiness. The estate practices biodynamic viticulture and regularly explores original aging techniques that refine the texture without losing the terroir's identity. Plenty of depth, yet always a joyful character.
