Vin de France | White | 2024

Wine made from old Grenache Noir vines cultivated biodynamically, harvested by hand. Vinification without additives (a few milligrams of sulfites at the end of fermentation), gentle pressing, and short maceration. The wine is clear, fresh, with lively acidity and delicate floral and fruity aromas. A light, elegant, and easy-drinking Blanc de Noirs, with a pure expression.

Our opinion on the vintage

The wine is pale, tinged with a slightly ambery gold, a subtle reflection of the Grenache Noir vinified as a white wine. The nose reveals floral notes (white flowers, sweet honey) and white-fleshed fruits: pear, ripe peach. These aromas linger with a tangy, lemony tension and a pronounced saline freshness. On the palate, the texture is fluid and vibrant, driven by a tonic acidity. The finish is clean, ethereal, and persistent, with refreshing citrus notes and a delicate salinity. A balanced, expressive, and easy-drinking wine, perfect as an aperitif or with grilled fish or summer salads.
