Vinification without additives (a few milligrams of sulfites at the end of fermentation), gentle pressing, and short maceration. The wine is clear, fresh, with lively acidity and delicate floral and fruity aromas. A light, elegant, and easy-drinking Blanc de Noirs, with a pure expression.
