Domaine La Luminaille, run by the talented Julie Paolucci, produces wines grown on magnificent hillsides in Rasteau. The Luminaris cuvée, named after the vineyard's historic district, is distinguished by its artisanal and organic production. The blend of 90% Clairette and 10% Bourboulenc, with whole-cluster pressing and low-temperature vinification, gives this wine an elegance typical of its clay-limestone terroir.

Our opinion on the vintage

Luminaris offers a seductive sensory experience. Visually, its pale gold color is captivating. On the nose, a delicate symphony of warm apples, lemon, and subtle yeasty notes awakens the senses. On the palate, it unfolds with roundness and breadth, revealing a luscious texture and vibrant fruit. The invigorating finish leaves a chalky, lemony astringency, enhanced by a noble bitterness reminiscent of grapefruit peel and a hint of quinine, lingering pleasantly on the palate.
