This Pinot Noir originates from vines aged 35 to 50 years, located on a stony clay-limestone terroir at an altitude of 310 meters. Manual harvesting and Burgundian vinification without added sulfur attest to the meticulous care taken in its production. After a 30-day fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, offering a delicately balanced structure and an authentic expression of the terroir.
