Our Review of the Cuvée

Upon opening, the wine reveals aromas of white fruit and subtle floral notes, characteristic of Chardonnay grown on clay-limestone soil. On the palate, the structure is vibrant, offering a lovely minerality that gently builds toward a long, fresh finish. The texture is silky, reflecting well-controlled aging in oak barrels. This is a wine that calls for pairing with sea bass in a beurre blanc sauce or aged Comté cheese, enhancing every delicate nuance of the dishes while maintaining a lovely freshness.
