Our Review of the Cuvée

The bright, clear color is promising. On the nose, there is an elegant harmony of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), white flowers, and toasted brioche, with a delicate limestone minerality. On the palate, the attack is lively and fluid, with a full-bodied texture brimming with energy. The mid-palate reveals rich fruit flavors and a well-structured saline tension. The finish is persistent, taut, and refreshing, leaving a sensation of lemony freshness supported by a lovely sense of structure. A Burgundian white of great finesse, perfect with seafood or grilled fish.
