Our Review of the Cuvée

From the first nose, this wine evokes refreshing notes of lemon zest and honeysuckle, accentuated by a subtle toasted hint. On the palate, Petite Arvine delivers a vibrant freshness, while Sylvaner unfolds a generous body. Marsanne completes the ensemble with delicate and well-balanced bitterness. This wine stimulates the senses and invites discovery of bold creativity and perfect harmony, the result of an expertly crafted blend by Marie-Thérèse Chappaz. Valais | Switzerland

Marie-Thérèse Chappaz is a renowned winemaker from Valais, Switzerland, based in Fully, where she manages her estate biodynamically with profound respect for nature and the alpine terroirs. She took over the family vineyards in the late 1980s and progressively expanded them to approximately 10 hectares of meticulously cultivated plots.

Her philosophy is based on listening to nature and a very personal approach to wine, where human intervention is minimized to allow the purity of the grape varieties and soil to express themselves. She employs biodynamic practices and indigenous yeasts, with few inputs, to produce wines that faithfully reflect their origins.

Marie-Thérèse Chappaz's wines cover a varied range, including Chasselas-based Fendants and more concentrated wines from local grape varieties, offering a rich and distinctive sensory palette, often praised for its
