This Pinot Noir is made from vines over 10 years old, planted in clay-siliceous soils, benefiting from an oceanic climate blended with a Mediterranean influence. Vinification is carefully carried out, with night harvesting to preserve freshness, followed by low-temperature fermentation and gentle extraction through punch-downs. Aging in concrete tanks without sulfites stabilizes the color and fruity aromas without masking them with oak.
