Vignobles David

Fleur de Sel 2025

Pays d'Oc | White | 2025

Located in Saint Hilaire d'Ozilhan, our estate produces wines from limestone soils and rolled pebbles, cultivated with Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carrignan, and Grenache grapes. Certified organic and kosher, our wines, exported to Europe, Canada, and the United States, offer a subtle balance between Chardonnay and Grenache Gris in our Fleur de Sel, the result of a complete reorganization of the estate to meet growing and rewarding demand.

Our opinion on the vintage

This white wine displays a golden yellow color with green highlights, inviting you to taste it. On the nose, buttery notes and fresh almonds unfold delicately. On the palate, a beautiful attack is followed by a slightly oily finish that coats the palate. Perfect to accompany seafood, sushi, or Asian cuisine, this wine offers a true sensory pleasure.

Vignobles David is a family-run winery located in the Rhône Valley, established at the beginning of the 20th century and now managed by Frédéric David. The estate covers more than 50 hectares around Manduel and Saint-Hilaire d'Ozilhan, producing a wide range of wines in Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages, Pays d'Oc and even Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

The estate has been certified organic since 2009, with a strong commitment to environmentally friendly farming practices, reduced inputs, and winemaking that emphasizes the expression of fruit and terroir. Vinification is carried out using indigenous yeasts and limited sulfites, resulting in wines that are honest, balanced, and representative of their Mediterranean terroir.

The wines produced at Vignobles David combine the structure and depth of typical Rhône Valley grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Viognier or Roussanne, with a freshness and aromatic purity that make them suitable for both everyday tasting and
