Vin de France | Red | 2022

A family estate located in the Gard region, our vines, cultivated on limestone and pebble soils, produce wines from Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carrignan, and Grenache grapes. Certified organic and kosher, our wines, exported to Europe, Canada, and the United States, reveal a unique expertise. Harvested by hand, our old Cinsault and Grenache Noir vines undergo natural maceration at low temperatures, resulting in a vibrant and authentic wine.

Our opinion on the vintage

This Canopée wine boasts a beautiful, deep purple color with cherry highlights. The nose reveals fresh and intense aromas of blackcurrant and raspberry. On the palate, its fine, silky texture is complemented by elegant, supple tannins with good intensity. Perfect for pairing with dishes such as fish, lamb chops, or pork chops, this wine reflects the unique expertise of environmentally conscious viticulture.

Vignobles David is a family-run winery located in the Rhône Valley, established at the beginning of the 20th century and now managed by Frédéric David. The estate covers more than 50 hectares around Manduel and Saint-Hilaire d'Ozilhan, producing a wide range of wines in Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages, Pays d'Oc and even Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

The estate has been certified organic since 2009, with a strong commitment to environmentally friendly farming practices, reduced inputs, and winemaking that emphasizes the expression of fruit and terroir. Vinification is carried out using indigenous yeasts and limited sulfites, resulting in wines that are honest, balanced, and representative of their Mediterranean terroir.

The wines produced at Vignobles David combine the structure and depth of typical Rhône Valley grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Viognier or Roussanne, with a freshness and aromatic purity that make them suitable for both everyday tasting and
