Côtes du Roussillon villages | Red | 2021

This wine is made from a Mediterranean blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre grapes, grown on a unique terroir of rolled pebbles. These pebbles absorb heat during the day and release it at night, ensuring optimal ripening of the grapes. The fully destemmed harvest begins fermentation at 28°C, with regular pump-overs before a four-week maceration, which imparts richness and complexity to the aromas.

Our opinion on the vintage

This wine presents a subtle yet captivating nose of ripe black fruit, bay leaf, and spice. On the palate, it reveals a round and velvety texture, where blackberry is complemented by menthol notes. The wine is dense, offering a juicy intensity and a refreshing acidity that delights the palate. The finish is energetic, with hints of stewed fruit and resinous, spicy nuances. Ideal with roasted poultry or grilled red meats, it should be served at 15°C to fully appreciate its richness.
