The wine is dense, offering a juicy intensity and a refreshing acidity that delights the palate. The finish is energetic, with hints of stewed fruit and resinous, spicy nuances. Ideal with roasted poultry or grilled red meats, it should be served at 15°C to fully appreciate its richness.
