The vines, over 30 years old, flourish on clay-limestone slopes, providing Sauvignon Blanc with an exceptional terroir. Harvested by hand, the grapes are carefully sorted and vinified with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled tanks, ensuring freshness and expressiveness in the wine. The biodynamic approach, certified by Biodyvin, reinforces the authenticity and transparency of this natural wine.

Our opinion on the vintage

On the nose, this Sauvignon Blanc reveals vibrant aromas of citrus and white flowers, accompanied by subtle mineral notes. On the palate, it offers an elegant texture with a lovely acidity that underscores its freshness. The aromatic complexity continues with delicate herbaceous touches and a persistent finish marked by a pleasant salinity. The vines, over 30 years old and cultivated biodynamically, lend depth and character to this wine, perfectly in harmony with its Kimmeridgian clay-limestone terroir.

The estate was converted to organic farming and then to biodynamic farming between 2005 and 2007, and is now Biodyvin certified. This approach translates into meticulous vineyard work, focused on soil health and close observation of the vines. Winemaking aims to respect the natural rhythm of the wines, with extended aging—approximately one year for the whites and up to two years ... Lire plus
