Made from a blend of Gamay and Jura grape varieties, this wine is carefully crafted using semi-carbonic maceration in truncated conical vats. This method, combined with the use of indigenous yeasts and no added sulfur, preserves remarkable freshness and highlights the authentic expression of the grape varieties.

Our opinion on the vintage

It offers a very drinkable juice, with crunchy red fruit, sweet spices and a slight animal touch that adds depth. The palate is light, fresh and juicy, with very supple tannins and an explosion of fruit that makes it a perfect wine for friends, to be served slightly chilled, with tapas, fine charcuterie, bistronomic cuisine or cheeses from the Jura.
