Our opinion on the vintage

This macerated Savagnin fully expresses the diversity of the Jura terroir: on the nose, aromas of citrus, white flowers, candied fruit, and delicate spicy notes. On the palate, a lively tension, subtle tannins, and a saline finish, a signature of the region's wines. The 2023 vintage offers a clear, fresh, and persistent profile, ideal for lovers of natural wines who value authenticity and purity.

Viticulture emphasizes soil health, ... Lire plus
