Our opinion on the vintage

The wine presents an expressive and elegant nose, with aromas of citrus, exotic fruits, and surprising notes of white pepper and cinnamon. On the palate, it offers a beautiful aromatic progression, revealing flavors of white-fleshed fruits supported by a fresh and generous body. Its fine and delicate texture makes it an ideal companion for seafood, grilled fish, or grapefruit with shrimp. Best enjoyed chilled within three years to fully appreciate its aromatic complexity.
