This Douro wine combines elegance and approachability, offering a complex profile while remaining pleasant on the palate. Niepoort
Niepoort is a renowned Portuguese winery founded in 1842 by Fransiscus Marius van der Niepoort in Porto, in the heart of the Douro region, and has been family-run for five generations. It is known for its historic Port wines as well as for its high-quality dry wines produced in the Douro Valley and other regions of Portugal.
Over the years, Niepoort has acquired several vineyards, including Quinta de Nápoles and Quinta do Carril in the Cima Corgo subregion, to cultivate its own old vines, some of which are over 80 years old.
