Fleur de Sel 2025

Pays d'Oc | Blanc | 2025

The estate, located in Saint-Hilaire-d'Ozilhan, produces wines grown on limestone and rounded pebble soils, using Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Grenache grape varieties. Certified organic and kosher, our wines—exported to Europe, Canada, and the United States—offer a subtle balance between Chardonnay and Grenache Gris in our Fleur de Sel, the result of a complete reorganization of the estate to meet growing and rewarding demand.

Our Review of the Cuvée

This white wine boasts a golden-yellow hue with greenish highlights, inviting you to taste it. On the nose, delicate notes of butter and fresh almonds emerge. On the palate, it offers a lovely attack followed by a slightly creamy finish that coats the mouth. Perfect with seafood, sushi, or Asian cuisine, this wine is a true sensory delight.

Vignobles David is a family-owned winery located in the Rhône Valley, founded in the early 20th century and now run by Frédéric David. The estate spans over 50 hectares around Manduel and Saint-Hilaire d’Ozilhan, producing a wide range of wines including Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages, Pays d’Oc, and even Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

The estate has been certified organic since 2009, with a strong commitment to environmentally friendly farming practices, reduced use of inputs, and winemaking methods that highlight the fruit and terroir. The wines are made using native yeasts and limited sulfites, resulting in wines that are pure, balanced, and true to their Mediterranean terroirs.

The wines produced at Vignobles David combine the structure and depth of grape varieties typical of the Rhône Valley, such as Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault,
