Our Review of the Cuvée

Les Darons de Jeff Carrel immediately captivates with its dark, translucent garnet hue. On the nose, it presents a symphony of dark fruits such as blackberry, black cherry, and raspberry, accentuated by subtle spices like pepper and bay leaf. On the palate, the wine envelops with a round, velvety texture. The aromatic richness perceived on the nose is echoed, with raspberry and white pepper becoming more pronounced, delivering a complex tasting experience. The finish, concentrated and finely chalky, lingers with notes of stewed fruits and spices.
