Carefully crafted, this single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc undergoes full malolactic fermentation, resulting in a smooth and harmonious texture. Grown on clay-limestone soil, this wine benefits from a Mediterranean climate that enriches its aromatic profile. Following skin contact, aging on the lees for six months adds further complexity, revealing the full delicacy of its aromas.

Our Review of the Cuvée

On the nose, this Sauvignon captivates with notes of candied lemon, lemon balm, and pear in syrup, accented by a hint of minty blackcurrant. On the palate, it delivers a burst of freshness right from the start, followed by a flavorful, slightly effervescent texture. Citrus, green apple, and blackcurrant blend harmoniously, offering a sensation of liveliness. The long, refreshing finish is accentuated by a noble grapefruit bitterness and a pronounced blackcurrant aftertaste. A balanced, vibrant, and highly expressive wine.
